The statistics of each Campaign are tracked for 15 days from the sending date, and it is possible to request an extension of the tracking service if the call-to-action is more extensive. With the Extra-Tracking control panel, marketers can configure integrated web tracking for the DeM campaign on their own website and on third-party sites.
Campaign Statistics
The statistics of each Campaign are tracked for 15 days from the date of sending, and it is possible to request an extension of the tracking service if the call-to-action is more extensive.
Statistics are managed in aggregate and timely form, and can be exported by the marketer in various formats:
- Excel presentation
- Data stream in CSV format
- Web Service
Extra-Tracking
With the Extra-Tracking control panel, marketers can configure integrated web tracking of the DeM Campaign on their own website and on third-party sites. This is a tracking mode that allows in-depth evaluation of the results of an email communication. It is normally used to track who, after opening the email, completed a questionnaire (LEAD) or participation in a contest, rather than those who made a purchase (SALE), or browsed particular content on a landing page.
Dashboard Design
Mail-Maker provides customers with tools to integrate their Social profiles to email communication. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube but also Google Plus, Pinterest and LinkedIn: The icon with direct link to your page, placed in the Header or Footer of the template, allows you to create multichannel strategies and track clicks in a timely and statistical manner.
