project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">AMP stands for <strong>Accelerated Mobile Pages<\/strong>, which literally means \u201c<em>accelerated pages for mobile<\/em>\u201d in Italian.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">As can be inferred from the acronym itself, <strong>AMP<\/strong> is essentially a new <strong>technology<\/strong> designed to <strong>improve<\/strong> the performance of <strong>mobile browsing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This technology essentially <strong>allows for the design of ultra-fast pages<\/strong> that load instantly while maintaining the display of <em>all rich content<\/em> (images, videos, ads, etc.).<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In practical terms, here are some performance statistics on AMP:<br>\u2013 pages load <strong>4x faster<\/strong> than standard pages;<br>\u2013 the data load per page is <strong>10x lower<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The development of this technology is fundamentally driven by the desire to accommodate the unstoppable surge in mobile traffic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A global trend that continues to grow at exponential rates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">AMP specifically allows for a <strong>response<\/strong> to the <strong>typical issues<\/strong> of <strong>mobile browsing<\/strong>, namely the slowness in downloading and loading
